No. Smart Size Homes are not modular homes, log cabins or lightweight prefabricated buildings. They are block-built houses constructed on your site using traditional methods. What we've simplified is the process around the build, not the way the house is built.

They are constructed on-site using established Irish building practice: concrete foundations, concrete block cavity walls, a traditional roof structure, insulation and airtightness detailing, then internal finishes.
